Ohlone Gardens is a mixed-use residential project that includes 57 units of affordable rental apartments over ground-floor office space. The approximately one-acre site includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The project is configured around interconnected open spaces. A central courtyard at the podium level links to an at-grade open space at street level, which in turn leads to the Ohlone Greenway (a multi-city linear park) and the community at large.
